The Opportunity

We're looking for a Customer Care Specialist, working in the Telecommunications industry in Mansfield, Ohio, United States.

  • Manages all contact center support activities. 
  • Accomplishes multiple tasks and cross trains for all complex support functions using our billing and work-delivery systems.
  • Supports all internal and external customers to ensures complete customer satisfaction in a timely manner.

The pay range we are offering is 11 to 14 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.
