The Opportunity

We're looking for a Customer Care Specialist, working in the Telecommunications industry in Mansfield, Ohio, United States.

  • Handles all complex support functions using billing and work-delivery systems.
  • Supports all internal and external customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction in a timely manner. 
  • Manages calls from mid to large business customers. 
  • Answers billing questions, receives payments and takes some orders.

The pay range we are offering is 14 to 18 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • High school Diploma or GED is required
  • 2-4 years of call center experience is preferred
  • Proficient in using MS Office is preferred
