We are looking for a Sr. Enterprise Systems Engineer, working in the Pharmaceuticals & Medical Products industry in Madison, New Jersey, United States.
Designs, builds and implements infrastructure systems, specifically new technologies and operating systems
Identifies gaps and remediation options for technology platforms
Follows established procedures to build and install hardware and software solutions. Provides feedback on procedures.
Researches and evaluates new technologies as assigned by senior team members. Meets with vendors and manufacturer product demos and training. Assists with establishing criteria for evaluating solutions.
Builds and maintains relationships with business and cross-functional IT groups. Meets with business and IT staff to learn and understand requirements. Proactively collaborates and seeks solutions with peers.
Implements existing IT infrastructure processes and provides feedback on new processes as required. Follows documented procedures to meet compliance and security requirements.
The pay range we are offering is 58 to 97 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
A minimum of ten (10) years of related experience as a system engineer
10+ years experience with server engineering Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012 R2, and Windows 2016 Server platform
Experience working in large multi-site organization is required
Experience working in an engineering role in an environment of 1000+ Wintel servers is required.
Experience as a Level 3 server engineer architecture experience is required
Experience with designing and implementing Wintel Server technologies
Experience with creating design documents, process procedures, work instructions, and SOPs for various technologies
Experience with designing new Wintel server operating system builds, specifically Windows 2016
Experience in a multi-domain environment, preferably with global sites across WAN connections.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to write and update concise and logical technical documentation, including, but not limited to; diagrams, charts, specifications and design models
Ability to communicate at an executive level and articulate business value of technical solutions
Ability to work with team members, at all levels, decision makers, and stakeholders to define business requirements and systems goals, and to identify and resolve business systems issues
Function as a mentor to provide knowledge transfer to peers and IT staff
Ability to make strategic hardware and software recommendations
