The Opportunity

We're looking for an Onsite Manager, working in the Staffing/Recruiting industry in Louisville, Kentucky, United States.

  • Maintains ongoing communication customer representatives.
  • Manages responsibilities for client needs and has direct responsibility for field employees.
  • Prepares and presents daily, weekly, monthly statistical/metric reports and quarterly reviews  on status of temporary assignments.
  • Makes client based decisions without oversight.
  • Recruits, screens, tests, interviews, and evaluates applicants for assignments.
  • Places candidates on temporary assignments in a timely manner.
  • Retrieves and processes job orders from clients.
  • Enters, updates, and maintains personnel records in the employee database.
  • Conducts orientations, drug screens, reference and background checks.
  • Conducts investigations of any issues involving temporary associates and the client.
  • Handles corrective action and performance management for employees on the client site.
Details

The pay range we are offering is 44,000 to 48,000 per year.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • High School Diploma (Some college or degree preferred)
  • 4-5 years of previous staffing/HR experience
  • Bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and juggle multiple demands
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
