The Opportunity

We're looking for a Benefits Specialist, working in the Staffing/Recruiting industry in Louisville, Kentucky, United States.

  • Serves as Benefits Administrator and works collaboratively with Benefit Brokers
  • Manages the administrative tasks associated with all employee benefit programs
  • Manages and resolves employee relations issues
  • Maintains HRIS systems and ensures data accuracy at all times and audits consistently
  • Keeps employee records up to date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion

The pay range we are offering is 50,000 to 65,000 per year.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • At least two years of experience working with employee benefits
  • At least five years of experience in HR admin or business partner role
  • Must have working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including, employee benefits, employee relations, and performance management
