The Opportunity

We're looking for a Registered Nurse, working in the Healthcare Systems & Services industry in Louisburg, North Carolina, United States.

  • Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations in all areas of nursing care.
  • Plans, organizes, and directs nursing personnel in fulfilling their responsibilities for nursing service.
  • Makes daily rounds for visibility, assessment, and evaluation of care.
  • Records patient histories, performs various diagnostic tests, administers medications, and develops patient’s long-term care plans in coordination with other medical professionals.
  • Assists physicians during examination and procedures.
  • Promotes patient’s independence by educating patients and family members on conditions, medications, and self-care skills.

The pay range we are offering is 34 to 36 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • Experience in Geriatrics and LTC (Long Term Care)
  • Current NC/Compact license
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • Open to full time and part time roles
  • Flexibility in work schedules (schedule preferences can be discussed)
  • Proficiency with EMRs, excellent bedside manner and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of health care laws and regulations
  • PCC (PointClickCare) experience preferred
