The Opportunity

We're looking for an Installation Coordinator, working in the Manufacturing industry in Long Island City, New York, United States.

  • Coordinate, prioritize and schedule installations.
  • Use Telemar system to schedule installation appointments.
  • Confirm all installation appointments daily.
  • Retain installation completion sheets.
  • Write up phone sales.
  • Order equipment for jobs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The pay we are offering is 20 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Computer/spreadsheets skills
  • High volume scheduling and/or dispatching experience a plus
