We're looking for a Call Center Representative, working in the IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in Long Island City, New York, United States.
Handle back to back incoming calls from patients scheduling or cancelling appointments and processing refills.
Obtain current patient information from established and new patients.
Enter and update patient information in scheduling system.
The pay we are offering is 15 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
At least 1 year experience of being a Customer Service representative
Bilingual Spanish preferred
Medical office or medical scheduling knowledge preferred
