The Opportunity

We're looking for a Account Set up and Maintenance Clerk, working in the Pharmaceuticals & Medical Products industry in Lockbourne, Ohio, United States.

  • Evaluates and loads new accounts into the company's computer system.
  • Enters customer data into the centralized maintenance system.
  • Maintains customer information changes.
  • Updates CRM system with new and existing account information.
  • Scans and categorizes documentation into a scanning system.

The pay range we're offering is 12 to 17 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • Familiarity with Windows-based word processing and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Office)
  • Familiarity with ERP Accounting packages
  • Ability to accurately interpret contract data
