We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer, working in the Telecommunications industry in Livermore, California, United States.
Performs phone support during regular business hours and on-call availability during off hours.
Provides courteous and knowledgeable troubleshooting support over the phone, via email and in person.
Acts as the main point of contact for all of valiant product base providing tech support.
Responds to and resolve all clients concerns.
Ensures timely and accurate set up of all systems.

Experience Required for Your Success
Completion of degree or equivalent college course work related to computer system and hardware
2-3 years of work experience
Networking, Technical Support & troubleshooting experience
IT-level experience in troubleshooting application usage on the following platforms: Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems, Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012, Linux and MySQL
Better than basic understanding of network protocols, firewalls, wireless networks, and network setup
Basic understanding of relational database systems
Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
The pay range we're offering is 20 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.
