We're looking for a Customer Service Representative, working in the Insurance industry in Liberty Lake, Washington, United States.
Identify and provide services and solutions by processing payments, updating customer information, and updating billing information
Provide first call resolution for aligned work and route customer’s requests
Support agent or customer relationships and maintain each agency's brand
Maintain accurate data in appropriate systems to reflect account activity
Uphold our customer care standards by achieving individual goals on average handle time, after call work, quality, adherence, CSAT and reliability
Perform in a fast-paced, high-production and high-volume environment that focuses heavily on customer service
The pay we are offering is 15 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
High School or GED
At least 2 years of Customer Service experience, Call Center preferred
