The Opportunity

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative, working in the Insurance industry in Liberty Lake, Washington, United States.

  • Help customers in their time of need by building rapport, responding to, and resolving inbound phone calls in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Identify and provide services and solutions by processing payments, updating customer information, and updating billing information.
  • Provide first call resolution for aligned work and route customers requests.
  • Maintain accurate data in appropriate systems to reflect account activity.
  • Track and capture information and data per department guidelines.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and consistently utilizes resources provided.
  • Stay updated and properly executes upon newsflashes, new workflows and processes.
  • Uphold our customer care standards by achieving individual goals on average handle time, after call work, quality, adherence, CSAT, and reliability.

The pay we are offering is 15 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service experience
  • Superior oral communication skills on the telephone
  • Good written communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Working knowledge of specified computer-based applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
