We're looking for a ServiceNow Developer, working in the Travel, Transport & Logistics industry in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, United States.
Provide analytical and technical expertise for ServiceNow configurations; configure/customize requested features and create/customize workflows.
Research, plan, coordinate, and deliver solutions for the ServiceNow platform.
Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules and technical solutions.
Develop existing and custom applications within ServiceNow.
Create and use update sets to move customizations between ServiceNow instances.
Design and maintain a highly available and recoverable environment.
Provide administrative ServiceNow support, including advanced support via troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes and root cause analysis.
Manage users and groups access rights, business rules, controls, and scripting.
Handle incident troubleshooting and resolution for ServiceNow-related issues.
Develop, prepare, and edit application administration documentation, presentations, training materials, and manuals.
Establish and manage system integrations in ServiceNow.
Manage incidents/problems related to the ServiceNow platform.
Develop and manage service portal and catalog items, operational metrics reporting, and dashboards.
Ensure service requests for new users, reports, and other requests related to ServiceNow work are prioritized and completed.

Experience Required for Your Success
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience
3+ years ServiceNow experience administering the platform, monitoring performance, deploying applications, building out catalog items/workflows, and configuring integrations preferred
3+ years experience writing and debugging Angular, HTML, and CSS preferred
2+ years experience with REST API development preferred
Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow components such as change, Incident, Problem Management, Knowledge, and Request
Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and of latest ServiceNow features Formulation and definition of solution scope and objectives while working with a team of Developers/Analysts on functional requirements/specifications
Experience with Object-Oriented Design, Unit Testing/Test Driven Development techniques to design, code, test, debug, and document automated services
Strong documentation skills with requirements, implementation plans, technical specification documents, and other development/project management documents
ServiceNow Developer Certification preferred
Working knowledge how configuration management factors into the ITIL framework preferred
Previous working experience with ServiceNow CMDB preferred
Knowledge of relational database concepts preferred
Experience with ServiceNow Discovery preferred
