We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist, working in the Insurance industry in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, United States.
Answers customer questions regarding products and services.
Documents all customer contacts and maintains and updates files in the system.
Keeps supervisor advised of status of workload and identifies problems for which help is needed.
Follows regulations and company rules and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
The pay we are offering is 16 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.
