The Opportunity

We're looking for an Assembler, working in the Oil & Gas industry in Katy, Texas, United States.

  • Assembles components for manufacturing of fluid ends of frac pumps.
  • Tracks and maintains identification for traceability of assemblies and parts. 
  • Maintains quality records. 
  • Assembles and disassembles systems with high-pressure fittings, seals and plugs. 
  • Performs autofrettage high pressure process using pressure bay control system. 
  • Troubleshoots failures during assembly and autofrettage. 
  • Resolves problems associated with the assembly and autofrettage.   
  • Packages and prepares items for shipping. 
  • Receives items and places into inventory. 
  • Operates overhead cranes and forklifts.

The pay we are offering is 19 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.
