We're looking for a Customer Service Representative, working in the Financial Services industry in Irving, Texas, United States.
Performs duties such as reviewing 4506T order forms to check for accuracy before sending the request to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
Processes responses from the IRS, communicates with the IRS by email.
Takes inbound customer service calls from lenders and provides accurate information to the caller.
The pay range we're offering is 15 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.
