The Opportunity

We're looking for a Customer Care Rep 1, working in the Insurance industry in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States.

  • Handle customer questions regarding insurance benefits, eligibility, claims, and provider contracts. 
  • Analyze and problem solve for solutions. 
  • Document outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis. 
  • Provide external and internal customers with requested information. 
  • Receive and place follow-up telephone calls/emails to answer customer questions.
  • Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting  

The pay we're offering is 15 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of customer service experience via phone or face to face
  • Interpersonal communication 
  • Problem solving skills
  • Computer savvy
