We're looking for a Customer Service Representative, working in the Banking/Finance industry in Hunt Valley, Maryland, United States.
Review customer accounts for the prevention and detection of possible fraud.
Research and analyze account activity to assess levels of risk and fraud type.
Complete inbound and outbound calls and take appropriate action based on transaction characteristics of greater complexity.
Perform back office functions related to research and resolution of fraudulent activity and service support.

Experience Required for Your Success
High School Diploma or GED
2-4 years of inbound or outbound call center experience or fraud experience
The pay range we're offering is 18 - 20 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.
