The Opportunity

We're looking for a Application Support I, working in the Oil & Gas industry in Houston, Texas, United States.

  • Support Learning Management Systems tickets and work independently on SABA, Excel and SAP
  • Provide application and system support via phone, skype and email with internal employees to resolve Learning Management System issues. 

The pay we're offering is 24 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • Excellent customer service experience and support center experience 
  • Knowledge of SABA, Learning Management Software, Case Management Systems, and SAP
  • Hands on experience with Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, Formula writing)
  • Ability to work onsite in Houston for an assigned shift weekdays
