The Opportunity

We're looking for a Remote Technical Recruiter, working in the Financial Services industry in Houston, Texas, United States.

  • Manages the full life-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles including recruiting for technology roles.
  • Works with business leaders on strategy and processes for each position.
  • Uses a variety of tools and resources to effectively source and evaluate talent.
  • Works with hiring managers and key senior stakeholders to influence and persuade talent decisions and strategies, and shares innovative solutions and streamlining processes for the client.
  • Partners with regional business leaders, Talent Acquisition team colleagues, HR Business Partners, and other key stakeholders to analyze business objectives, identify talent needs and solutions, and develops and implements programs to achieve these targets.
  • Designs and implements external candidate recruiting programs that attract, select and retain a qualified, diverse workforce and support workplace diversity goals, including attendance at networking functions, creating strong professional networks, and partnering with local educational systems.

The pay we are offering is 70 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • Undergraduate degree is required.
  • 3-5 years of corporate, in-house, recruitment experience with flexibility, as needed, with a focus on IT technical recruiting is required.
  • Experience within the financial industries and knowledge within Technology markets to help design effective strategies to attract candidates across a range of experience levels is required.
  • Ability to work east coast hours is required.
