The Opportunity

We're looking for a IT Project Coordinator, working in the IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in Greenwood Village, Colorado, United States.

  • Assist Project Manager with managing multiple project teams.
  • Assist Project Manager with gathering project requirements.
  • Assist Project Manager with preparing overall project plan based on project management methodologies for executing the project.
  • Prepare all project management related deliverables for IT efforts to ensure a complete solution is implemented that meets the defined requirements/deliverables.
  • Manage all aspects of project implementations including requirements, design, development, test, installation and delivery.
  • Perform solid change management (as appropriate for Waterfall or Scrum methodologies) to ensure controlled scope change control.
  • Facilitate IT project status meetings with team.
  • Prepare IT project status reports, as appropriate for the project.
  • Manage and ensure all project issues are resolved promptly to avoid negative impact to the budget or schedule.
  • Track actual vs. budget and make adjustments to keep actual within budget.
  • Manage the delivery of all project deliverables and secure signoff.
  • Manage small projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • Bachelors degree in a technically related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering) desired
  • 1+ year of project management experience or systems analysis experience
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate IT environments
  • Hands-on experience using Office 365, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint is needed
  • Hands on experience with other various project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Clarizen) is a plus

The pay range we're offering is 40 - 50 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.
