We're looking for a Onboarding Business Analyst, working in the Banking/Finance industry in Getzville, New York, United States.
Work with clients and sales teams to obtain necessary documentation for account opening and Know-Your-Customer requirements.
Liaise with client on obtaining tax forms and supporting documentation.
Support and monitor the timely and accurate execution of sales and client requests to the group.
Populate account opening, market opening, and tax documentation.
Ensure all documents are collected, verified and stored, and provide status back to the client.
Perform client documentation searches across internal and external sites and compile client profiles.
Partner with internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for the client and that all required documentation is on file.
Utilize well-developed working knowledge of the business & the upstream and downstream influences to achieve optimal client experience.
Follow up with clients in a timely, professional manner.
Manage your own pipelines and be aware of when to escalate issues to the Client Onboarding Manager.
Deliver overall client satisfaction while at the same time meeting the firm's global audit, compliance, risk and control requirements.
The pay we're offering is 22 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
Strong onboarding and KYC background
Client Relationship experience in Financial Services operations roles is preferred
Comfortable in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment
Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
Strong analytic ability, attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
Ability to communicate (written/verbal) effectively at all organizational levels.
Ability to build relationships quickly and to gain respect/influence with key clients/internal contacts
Strong customer service skills
Ability to plan and organize workload within tight deadlines, meeting day-to-day objectives as well as longer term strategic goals
Comfortable working independently in a dynamic and challenging environment
