We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst, working in the IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in Frisco, Texas, United States.
Drive service improvement plans in alignment with ITIL and ITSM processes.
Facilitate the design and implementation of ITIL and ITSM related processes with the goal of simplifying processes and driving efficiency (e. g., Incident/Problem/Change processes).
Help align applications and infrastructure teams to ensure effective process execution and improve customer experience.
Interface with customers to define service scopes, requirements and service level agreement.
Work with Architecture, Infrastructure, Support and Application teams to measure and improve service performance through a disciplined approach using metrics.

Experience Required for Your Success
7- 9 years of experience
Experience in defining service catalogs and related service requests.
ITIL Foundation certification preferred
ServiceNow experience a plus
Agile experience is a plus
