The Opportunity

We're looking for a Principal Training Specialist III, working in the Pharmaceuticals & Medical Products industry in Framingham, Massachusetts, United States.

  • Delivers training.
  • Designs and develops instructor lead and computer based training.
  • Records training data into LMS.
  • Oversees and/or manages  projects and facilitates information flow between project members, clients, and vendors and/or oversees contractors or vendors to develop and/or administer in-house training programs.
  • Helps maintain personnel training files and delivers training.
  • Assesses the effectiveness of training programs and recommend changes or enhancements.
  • Develops overall training techniques to address specific needs.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology or relevant field
  • 5 years experience in training and development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Experience working in a regulated environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
