We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, working in the Insurance industry in Fort Wayne, Indiana, United States.
Responsible for full-cycle recruitment, at high volume, of field positions in utility operating companies, with a primary focus on non-exempt skilled trade positions, including line mechanics, station electricians, fleet technicians, and engineering technicians.
Partner with Talent Acquisition Leads, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners to determine staffing needs in assigned geographic areas and/or operating companies.
Conduct high volume, full-cycle recruitment, including all post-offer tasks in preparation of new hire start/onboarding.
The pay range we're offering is 27 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or related field.
Three (3) years of applicable recruiting experience.
Valid state driver’s license.
