We're looking for a Customer Service Representative, working in the BPO industry in Folsom, California, United States.
Respond to customer phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous and concise manner.
Provide callers with an unbiased information to assist them with application and eligibility requirements.
The pay range we are offering is 14 to 15 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
At least 1 year of customer service experience (Call center experience is preferred)
Bilingual Spanish preferred
Able to work remotely
