The Opportunity

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative, working in the Insurance industry in Folsom, California, United States.

  • Answer incoming calls from consumers including the general public, prospective enrollees and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf in accordance with all performance standards, policy and procedures, and protocols including but not limited to the confidentiality and privacy policies.
  • Track and document all inquiries using the applicable systems.
  • Complete associated tasks according to the established guidelines.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 6 months of call center experience
  • Bilingual Spanish language preferred

The pay range we're offering is 13 - 14 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.
