The Opportunity

We're looking for a Call Center Agent, working in the Healthcare Systems & Services industry in Elmhurst, New York, United States.

  • Schedules appointments, reminder calls to patients. 
  • Books and reschedules clinic appointments. 
  • Answers customer inquiries regarding their clinic appointments. 
  • Answers phones, utilizes in house and pagers, makes overhead announcements.

The pay range we are offering is 15 to 16 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • HS Diploma or GED is required
  • 1-2 years of related experience is preferred
  • Extensive phone experience and computer literate are preferred
