The Opportunity

We're looking for a Data Management Specialist, working in the Oil & Gas industry in Duncan, Oklahoma, United States.

  • Assists with processing print requests and preparation of transmittals. 
  • Distributes engineering, supplier, and technical data. 
  • Updates and maintains engineering database files with the information contained in routine and less complex engineering job packets (i.e. bill of material, design specifications, etc.) according to established standards. 
  • Assists with image file creation using reproduction equipment and auto programs. 
  • Assists in entering and maintaining project data files consisting of technical data, engineering and supplier drawings, purchase orders, technical specifications, and other project required data. 

The pay range we are offering is 18 to 19 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • HS Diploma or GED is required.
  • 0-2 years of experience is preferred.
  • 2 years of related experience in processing technical documentation associated with Manufacturing and/or Technology is preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications are required.
