Night Shift QC Final Inspection Lens Analyst

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Night Shift QC Final Inspection Lens Analyst, working in the Biotechnology/Medical Devices industry in Duluth, Georgia, United States.

Job description:
  • Completes documentation for Final Inspection testing and enter data into MES database
  • Complies with site Quality Systems procedures
  • Participates in work groups to define problems and implement solutions
  • Supports continuous quality improvement activities
  • Supports Final Inspection testing for equipment optimization validations
  • Actively works in a team environment and participates in natural work groups and increase productivity
  • Interacts with internal customers to provide clear, straightforward, effective and factual communication and information

The pay range we are offering is 15 to 20 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • High School Diploma or 2+ years experience in an FDA regulated industry (BS degree in Physical Sciences from an accredited college or university preferred)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English required
  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel and demonstrated application of problem solving/trouble shooting tools (SPC, Pareto, and Root Cause Analysis)
  • 1-3 years in a leadership role preferred
  • Highly motivated, goal orientated achiever with ability to prioritize and organize own work semi-independently
