The Opportunity

We're looking for a Talent Sourcer, working in the Insurance industry in Dover, New Hampshire, United States.

  • Actively source external talent for commercial insurance roles, mostly underwriting.
  • Build pipelines and partner with Recruiters and communicate directly to candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter.

The pay range we are offering is 40 to 46 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of sourcing talent for experienced and/or executive level roles required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sourcing insurance talent in underwriting, product, and specialty commercial insurance
  • Proficiency in utilizing sourcing channels including LinkedIn, Online Job Boards and Applicant Tracking Systems. Knowledge of iCIMS CRM preferred.
