We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, working in the Insurance industry in Detroit, Michigan, United States.
Contributes to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team by providing a high level of support and quality throughout the recruitment process through scheduling candidate interviews, coordinating interview logistics and scheduling travel for out of town candidates.
Sources and screens for various positions using Taleo and college recruitment on campuses for summer internship program.
Coordinates and assists in various candidate and/or new hire research to include immigration paperwork and processes for work-related sponsorship.
The pay range we are offering is 21 to 22 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent discipline preferred
2 years Human Resources experience required
Talent Acquisition function preferred
Knowledge of social media and web application experience/management in a professional capacity
Knowledge of PeopleSoft HRIS and e-Recruitment systems is highly preferred
