The Opportunity

We're looking for a Case Manager, working in the Insurance industry in Detroit, Michigan, United States.

  • Utilizes a collaborative process, assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, monitors, evaluates and advocates the options and services required to meet an individuals health needs, using communication and available resources to promote quality, cost effective outcomes.
  • Helps identify appropriate providers and facilities throughout the continuum of services while ensuring that available resources are being used in a timely and cost effective manner in order to obtain optimum value for both the client and the reimbursement source.
  • Determines specific objectives, goals and actions as identified through the assessment process.

The pay range we are offering is 38 to 40 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing required (Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related fields preferred)
  • 2-4 years of clinical experience preferably in Case Management or Home Health Care with a Medical/Surgical background 
  • 2 years full time equivalent of direct clinical care to the consumer
