The Opportunity

We're looking for a Dispute Analyst II, working in the Telecommunications industry in Denver, Colorado, United States.

  • Audits telecom access bills to ensure validity of charges and initiates disputes where applicable. 
  • Helps drive savings and helps the company meet its 2020 and beyond financial synergy goals. 
  • Helps drive and measures integration synergies within the team and among stakeholders in the disputes space.
  • Partners and readily collaborates with other stakeholders to identify and leads process efficiency improvements.

The pay range we are offering is 25 to 32 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • 2-4 years of telecommunication experience is required
  • Proficient in auditing various legacy company Netex bases and researching an array of systems, contracts and tariffs are required
  • Proven data analysis skills with a working-level proficiency in writing queries (SQL, hyperion, OBIEE, etc.) are required
