We're looking for a Call Center Representative, working in the Healthcare Systems & Services industry in Denver, Colorado, United States.
Answers incoming calls from customers
Resolves customer requests
Directs calls to the appropriate area when necessary
Screens customer requirements and takes appropriate action based on this information
Collects demographic, medical complaint and key information for patient care and call resolution
Completes computerized patient scheduling
Collects comprehensive demographic and insurance information
Obtains pre-certification authorization and benefit information necessary for payment.
The pay range we are offering is 13 to 14 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
Must have High School diploma or GED, Associate's degree preferred.
2 years of recent customer service or healthcare experience
Must be proficient with PC applications (NT, windows)
Call Center experience preferred
