The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Staffing Specialist, working in the Staffing/Recruiting industry in Dallas, Texas, United States.

  • Determines and creates recruitment methods and practices to attract top talent 
  • Recruits and screens candidates to assess skills and expertise
  • Conducts interviews to further identify strengths and weaknesses to find proper placements for temporary assignments
  • Handles all employee pre-placement screenings such as customer specific testing, drug and background screenings
  • Ensures proper documentation of employees by entering employee records accurately in the system
  • Interfaces with clients regularly to make sure staffing needs are being exceeded

The pay range we are offering is 40,000 to 50,000 per year.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting or HR
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred, but not required
  • Experience with PeopleNet a plus
  • Previous experience managing timekeeping and payroll
  • High sense of urgency to exceed customer needs
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple demands
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent people skills and ability to work face-to-face with the public
