The Opportunity

We're looking for a Call Center Supervisor, working in the Financial Services industry in Conway, Arkansas, United States.

  • Supervises a team primarily comprised of non-exempt employees or contingent workforce with well-defined, limited scope, including directing daily work activities/priorities, people recruitment and development, and cost management.
  • Directs daily work activities of teams providing remote (offsite) service, customer access, pre-sales, post-sales or service delivery to solve various business systems and applications problems for customers: onsite engineering personnel and Authorized Service Providers.
  • Monitors key metrics and ensures team goals and contractual commitments are met.
  • Resolves and monitors routine customer escalations, as appropriate.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Bachelors degree in business management or related field preferred)
  • 6+ years of customer service experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
  • Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
  • Experience working with help desk software
  • Possess insight on Insurance
  • Knowledge in Series 6 required and 26 preferred
  • Good business and analytical problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to follow oral and written directions
  • Ability to handle escalations and provide high level of customer service
