We're looking for a Help Desk Representative, working in the Banking/Finance industry in Columbus, Ohio, United States.
Serve as first point of contact for the users who call the IT Service Desk.
Answer incoming calls, track all information in a call tracking system, use a knowledge base tool along with their expertise to resolve issues in a timely fashion.
The pay we are offering is 21 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
At least 1 year of recent help desk experience.
2-5 years of proven, qualified related work experience in a comparable complex, high tech and fast paced work environment.
