We're looking for a Customer Service Representative, working in the Insurance industry in Columbus, Ohio, United States.
Review schedules of members/nurses and address concerns.
Practice exceptional customer service and telephone techniques.
Deliver verbatim scripting and maintain a conversational tone.
Maintain patience and professionalism with plan members.
Listen to members and multi-task.
Utilize rebuttals and address member concerns in a detailed manner.
Maintain member confidentiality and follow all HIPAA guidelines.
Navigate multiple systems in order to schedule nurse practitioner appointments.
Cooperate with co-workers and management while working toward department goals.
Maintain center standards for performance and productivity.
The pay we are offering is 14 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
High School Diploma or GED
1 year of prior call center experience in sales, education, customer service, collections, or similar required
