The Opportunity

We're looking for an Operations Technician, working in the IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in College Park, Georgia, United States.

  • Lead complex troubleshooting and resolve critical or escalated technical issues over a significant population of affected equipment.
  • Plan, oversee, and perform complex field work such as installing, commissioning and decommissioning systems.
  • Perform on-call network support for outage resolutions.

The pay range we are offering is 25 to 29 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • BA/BS degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with field-based work in Point of Presence (POPs), carrier hotels, data centers and Central Office environments.
  • Experience with hands-on rack and stack, installation, commissioning and maintenance of routers and other network equipment.
