The Opportunity

We're looking for an IT Help Desk Support, working in the Staffing/Recruiting industry in Chicago, Illinois, United States.

  • Supporting an environment consisting of 30-50 users
  • Handling 20+ phone calls per day
  • Maintaining the help desk queue
  • Distributing laptops and mobile devices
  • Providing support for both PC and Mac
  • Managing users within Active Directory

Experience Required for Your Success
  • Familiarity with Active Directory management tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication/end user support skills
  • Familiarity with connecting to Windows Server
  • Support-level knowledge of Windows 7/10; macOS 10
