We're looking for a Help Desk Technician, working in the Staffing/Recruiting industry in Chicago, Illinois, United States.
Troubleshoots store POS software, computers, phones, and other devices remotely
Supports and maintains on-site PC and Mac desktops and laptops.
Procures computer hardware and software
Answers the Help Desk phone and resolves level 1 and 2 issues
Provides resolutions to assigned tickets
Troubleshoots and resolves tickets utilizing a ticketing system

Experience Required for Your Success
Experience in desktop support, rebuilding/imaging computers, hardware repair
Extensive knowledge of Windows 7, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Mac OS X
Basic network experience: WAN, LAN, and DNS
Experience supporting Microsoft Office, Exchange, and Outlook
Excellent communication skills both over the phone, via email, and in person
A+, Network+, CCNA, MSCP certifications VoIP support
Firewall basic configuration and troubleshooting
Windows 2008 and 2012 server support
