We're looking for a Call Center Representative, working in the BPO industry in Chicago, Illinois, United States.
Handling inbound and outbound customer care calls with outstanding customer service satisfaction.
Answering questions from customers and addressing concerns.
Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents.
The pay range we are offering is 12 to 16 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
High school diploma or GED
Call center experience preferred
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Application
