The Opportunity

We're looking for a Business Process Designer II, working in the Electric Power & Natural Gas industry in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States.

  • Designs and develops business process maps and business requirements for assigned Grid Solutions projects in accordance with guidelines established by Business Process Management (BPM) methodology and governance. 
  • Socializes and transitions support of process deliverables from the project to the business. 
  • Ensures quality of work output for process documentation meets the required guidelines and standards for accuracy and consistency across all business processes.
  • Plans, schedules, facilitates and leads process development workshops and socialization meetings to review the process documentation with process owners, front-line managers, change management, and appropriate process 
  • Facilitates the completion of process development deliverables and participate in quality assurance & control reviews of final process development deliverables.

The pay we're offering is 37 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • Knowledge of Business Process Management Fundamentals. 
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Process Mapping tools, workshop facilitating, and SharePoint.
