The Opportunity

We're looking for an Area Sales Manager, working in the Staffing/Recruiting industry in Charleston, South Carolina, United States.

  • Generating sales, developing new leads and businesses for an assigned territory through social networking, cold calling, and telemarketing.
  • Qualifying potential new business for their territory and negotiating pricing and payment terms based on corporate guidelines.
  • Building relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Working with with corporate marketing to implement marketing strategies for the territory.
  • Meeting sales goals and metrics given.
  • Communicating with branch offices and working collaboratively within a team environment.

The pay range we are offering is 45,000 to 65,000 per year.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2 years of previous business to business sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact face-to-face with customers and present a solution-based presentation
  • Ability to work on flexible schedule
  • Ability to travel to meet with customers within the territory
