We're looking for a Data Coordinator, working in the Healthcare Systems & Services industry in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, United States.
Completes review and assurance of patient eligibility
Assures accurate data is documented-Data forms should be legible, accurate and submitted by deadline
Registers patients and enter study patients into our database system- OnCore- within 24 hours of consent
Completes data queries
Documents all deviations to reflect correspondence with the IRB, study team and Principle Investigator
Identifies trends in any missed data points and develop plan to capture
Participates in monitoring and audits conducted by the study sponsor and protocol office for all IITs

Experience Required for Your Success
Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
One plus year of data coordination.
Experience with EDC system required
Experience with Epic as medical records system is a plus
