Utilizes Oncore and Epic study specific resources to validate coverage of all patient charges.
Collaborates with study teams for coverage designation of unanticipated visit procedures.
Prioritizes work queue based on age and size of patient charges.

Experience Required for Your Success
Experience coder with medical coding certification required
Ability to recognize medical procedures and understand structure, CPT codes and descriptions
Knowledge and appreciation of University structure, practices, policies and procedures
Self-directed with sound judgment and discretion in interpreting and applying policies and procedures
Ability to interpret and understand clinical research protocols
Experience with Epic and current CPT is a big plus
