We're looking for a Operations Support Systems Engineer, working in the Telecommunications industry in Cary, North Carolina, United States.
Perform enterprise-level Cisco ISE design, configuration, troubleshooting, and propose enhancements to improve performance.
Resolve escalations from network operations centers, project teams and customers.
Own and drive resolution of highly complex system and application incidents.
Track and complete change management request.
Mentor network operations engineers.
Support new technology and product integration.
Assist with remediation efforts of security vulnerabilities per procedure.
Review and provide technical analysis on IARs.
Create and maintain knowledge articles.

Experience Required for Your Success
Minimum of 3 years networking experience
CCNP, SISAS (Implementing Cisco Secure Access Solutions) and ITIL Certification
Basic knowledge of network routing and switching concepts
Experience with Cisco ISE configuration and troubleshooting
The pay range we're offering is 35 - 50 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.
