We're looking for a Assistant Events Coordinator II, working in the Pharmaceuticals & Medical Products industry in Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States.
Coordinates details of events such as conferences, Ad Boards consulting meetings, charity events, preceptorships, seminars and business meetings.
Calculates budgets and ensures they are adhered to.
Books HCP/HCOs for events.
Visits venue to plan layout of seating and decorations.
Schedules speakers, vendors, and participants.
Coordinates and monitors event timelines and ensures deadlines are met.
Initiates, coordinates and/or participates in all efforts to publicize event.
Negotiates and secures event space.
The pay range we're offering is 21 - 26 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
Self-directed and can make decisions independently on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires review and expertise
