The Opportunity

We're looking for a Customer Care Specialist I, working in the Telecommunications industry in Broomfield, Colorado, United States.

  • Answers inbound customer calls, researches and analyzes billing inquiries and portal calls.
  • Contacts various departments in order to obtain background information to resolve customer questions or validate disputes.
  • Solves problem using a variety of systems and information resources.

The pay range we are offering is 10 to 14 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • HD Diploma or GED is required
  • 1 year of call center experience is required
  • 6+ months experience working with billing systems application and/or accounts payable, data entry or tracking, and/or customer service experience with corporate clients is preferred
